Founded in 2006, by Travis and Jen Williams in the heart of Dallas, Texas. Our training programs are intense and some what barbaric. Caveman + Scientists = Psycho Gym. We are dedicated to improving our training and providing a top notch service that works! We are always experimenting with new training ideas as well as exercises that worked hundreds of years ago for our ancestors. Psycho Gym specializes in real world strength training using various tools such as kettlebells, ropes, and suspension trainers. In isolation, each of these tools provide a specific benefit and outcome. When used together in a calculated workout design, the benefits and outcomes are explosive and dynamic. We are Psycho Gym!
