This is a shirt-focused membership, not a box of supplements, snacks, or training equipment. The recurring experience is straightforward: an original shirt featuring an independent gym, delivered each month. If you want to choose a specific existing design instead, browse the Vault rather than joining for a particular gym.
The appeal is discovery. A design can introduce you to a gym outside your own neighborhood and bring a different look into your regular training rotation. It does not promise coaching, facility access, or better workout results; the shirt and the story are the point.
Choose your fit before you join
Start on the membership page, choose your fit, review the available styles, and select your size. Then choose monthly, quarterly, or annual billing. Current prices and available combinations appear there, so check your selection rather than relying on an old promotion or a price mentioned elsewhere.
Use the material and size guide before confirming. A familiar size label is a starting point, but comparing garment measurements gives you a more useful picture of how the shirt will fit.
Check delivery and management details
All billing plans send one shirt each month. Shipping is free within the contiguous 48 states; allow 7–14 days for the first order and 7–14 days after each rebill. Quarterly and annual plans are paid upfront and ship monthly on the signup date.
